1:1 Individual Coaching

Executive and career coaching is a process of professional development that helps leaders and professionals enhance their skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. We work with you to identify your strengths, values, and vision and support you in creating and implementing action plans to reach your desired outcomes.

Here are some of the processes:

Active inquiry, illustrative inquiry, and appreciative inquiry are different approaches to coaching that can benefit you in various ways. Here is a brief overview of each approach:

  • Active inquiry is a coaching technique that involves asking open-ended, probing, and clarifying questions to help you explore your situation, generate insights, and discover solutions. Active inquiry can help you deepen your self-awareness, challenge your assumptions, and expand your perspectives.
  • Illustrative inquiry is a coaching technique that uses stories, metaphors, analogies, and examples to help you understand your situation, learn from your experiences, and envision your future. It can help you connect with your emotions, values, and purpose and stimulate your imagination and creativity.
  • Appreciative inquiry is a coaching technique that involves focusing on the positive aspects of your situation, such as their strengths, successes, and opportunities, and building on them to create a desired future. Appreciative inquiry can help you increase your confidence, motivation, and optimism and foster a positive and collaborative mindset.
  • We also use Behavioral Coaching to create new habits that have maximum impact on performance.
  • Leadership Inner game. An approach where we can explore ways to come up with new beliefs, perceptions, attitudes, and ways of thinking.

These coaching techniques can be used separately or in combination, depending on your needs, preferences, and goals. We adopt different approaches to suit your situation and facilitate growth and development.

Because coaching is not a quick-fix endeavor, the coaching engagements are designed to go deep, garner value for you, and measure results over a period of time. For this reason, the engagement starts with a three-month commitment.

However, the contracted engagement may be extended beyond three months, depending upon the scope of the engagement.

Six Month Engagement – Individual:

According to a schedule of frequency and flexibility that works best for you, we’ll work together weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for 30 minutes to 90 minutes per session.

Engagements include various assessments to determine strengths, leadership styles, behaviors, and tendencies. Additionally, we’ll utilize a Leadership Dashboard to identify your vision, mission, and critical initiatives.

You’ll have support between sessions, meaning that if you have an important need for an unscheduled session, I’ll do my best to accommodate it.

To Ensure The Most Value:

As a coaching client, you will receive the most value from our time together by being coachable. Recognizing that you have room to improve and being willing to explore those growth opportunities are critical to the success of the engagement.

Additionally, it’s crucial to dedicate the scheduled session time only to the coaching session. We can always reschedule if needed.

Finally, showing up ready to work, having thought beforehand about what you intend to work on in the session and what you expect to achieve from the session ensures that you feel that your time together is well spent.
